New York State Department of Health recently announced the expiration of the Public Health Emergency and in this regard, Caregiving Visitation is currently no longer indicated at the time.

Compassionate Care Visitation may still be permitted under certain circumstances.  

If vaccinated, please bring proof of vaccination with you for your visit.

All visitors must wear a face mask or face covering which covers both the nose and mouth at all times while on premises.

Visitors under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Visitors will be screened for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 prior to visitation with resident.

In the event of a suspension of visitation, the facility will notify the residents and/or resident representative within 24 hours of visitation suspension.
